Q: When will my order be shipped ?
A: After the payment has been processed, your order will take around 1-2 processing days and will be shipped in 3-4 business days.If an order is placed on Friday, the order will be shipped out the next week. Due to COVID-19, please expect some delay for orders delivery.
Q: How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A: Shipping cost is calculated by the product's count and shipping type selected at the checkout. Please check out shipping policy for more detail.
Q: How long does it take to arrive?
A: Currently, we only ship within in the United States. First Class : Approximately 5-7 business days / Priority: Approximately 2 - 3 days (or slightly more).
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, we accept returns with reason within 30 days since you received the order. The conditions of product need to be unopened and unused. Otherwise, due to the nature of the products, we can not accept returns.
Q: I would like to return an item...how does that process go?
A: We accept returns based on the reason of return. If the reason was our mistake (wrong color, wrong product, etc.), we will pay for the return shipping + a full refund if they are claimed within 30 days of receipt. If you want to return it because you changed your mind or did not like it, you must pay for the return shipping cost and we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Please note that the product must be in brand new, unused condition to qualify for a refund or return. We may ask to send photos of proof before accepting the return request from you.
